The Scholarship committee is now accepting applications for 2007 scholarships. All applications must be postmarked not later than February 28th 2007. The Topic for scholarship applicants for 2007 is; What effect has The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) had on both Union and non-union workers verses the intent of what it should achieve? The Skilled Trades will hold it’s first ever Tigers Baseball outing Saturday July 15th. Tickets are $25 and are limited to members only. There will only be 55 seats available so tickets will be limited to 1 per member and will go on sale at the June membership meeting. The Bus will depart from Chrysler Arena parking lot at 5:00p.m. Food and beverages will be included.
Congratulation to our 7 scholarship winners. The $500 checks will be awarded at the membership meeting this month. This years winners are Matthew Gerardi, Kristin Booth, Heather Watkins, Maureen Hackbarth, Mary, Cronley, Nathan Clark, and Neil Scherdt.

Congratulations to this years
UMSTU scholarship recipients! $500.00 awards were given to

Curts, and Kristin Booth. These awards were made possible
through the fundraising efforts of our scholarship committee.

Your deer can be taken with either a gun or a bow (or car).
